My room was bright and clean thanks to the incredibly nice staff. Booked a room with a beautiful view. Also, the location was favorable, relatively close to Alun Alun Kota Bandung. There was a small restaurant, a mall, and a market next door.

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a great area, really close to a mall and alun-alun and railway station. Budget room with beautiful view, excellent co-operating staff — everything was perfect. The location was best possible and convenient - ease of access to Gedung Merdeka.

The room was bright with a nice view of the town. the cozy decor added a charming touch to the room. the hotel offers a lot of facilities, including a big window and Wi-Fi. the location is really close to the railway station, popular shopping places, and a mall.

The location of Collection O 22 Hotel Pasar Baru Heritage was amazing. It felt like being in the bustling markets of Morocco or Istanbul. The "Pasar Baru" right outside the hotel was filled with vibrant textiles and local vendors selling fresh produce and unique items. There was even a fantastic coffee shop on the corner. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The TV had plenty of channels, including English ones like "Animal Planet" and "Discovery." Housekeeping did a great job and the value for money was outstanding.

Although the hotel provided an elevator, it was still a bit of a struggle to carry our luggage up to the 7th floor reception because Gojek doesn't pick up/drop off in the parking garage. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a safe in the room to keep valuables secure and the shower head needed replacing.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect for shopping as it is located near the wholesale market and supermarket. The hotel facilities are great with clean and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and good sized bathrooms. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were extremely cooperative and helpful. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the transportation hub, only 10 minutes from the railway station.

With the train station only a short walk away and a nearby supermarket, it's a perfect location for a city break. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. the service is attentive and accommodating, even providing a kettle on request. the view from certain rooms is breathtaking, overlooking the bustling market below.

One downside is the language barrier, as some staff members may not speak fluent English, which can be a bit frustrating when seeking information about taxis or shuttles.

Great Easter Experience

Spent an Easter holiday at a hotel located near a lively wholesale market area, with numerous food stalls and restaurants to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the 24-hour restaurant inside the building and the hot water shower.

Although the lobby was on the 7th floor, I wasn't bothered much by it. However, the hotel could improve the cleanliness of some areas, particularly the walls and curtains.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. With its affordable price, you get a spacious room with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. What I loved the most was the stunning city view from the window, making my stay even more delightful. The hotel staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in good condition. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of options to start my day.

Despite a few minor flaws, everything was satisfactory during my stay.
